Terms of use

1. Provider and scope

The provider is AK Easy Rich Mind LTD., Pentadaktilou Street 3, 7081 Larnaca, Cyprus, represented by Director Anja Krüger. Contact: info@easyrich-marketing.com. Further details are available in the legal notice.

These terms describe the use of the Content Studio. The plan and contract terms agreed when you book also govern the services purchased, prices, duration and cancellation. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

2. Services and account

The studio processes your uploaded video file for AI analysis, thumbnail and Short suggestions, and editing selected clips. Text and your own images are also available for thumbnails. File processing does not require a YouTube connection. Functions and allowances depend on your access and the plan you have booked.

Provide accurate account details and protect your sign-in links and credentials. Only grant team access to authorised people. Report suspected misuse of your account using the contact address above.

3. Your content and usage rights

You must hold the necessary rights to content you upload and process. These include, in particular, copyright, trademark and personality rights, as well as any necessary permissions from people depicted or recorded. Do not upload unlawful content or misuse images of people for deception or identity misuse.

You retain your rights to your own content. You permit us to store, technically process and share it with the processing services we use to the extent necessary to carry out your requests. A confirmed transfer to YouTube is covered separately by this permission. This does not grant permission to use your content for third-party advertising.

You may also publish and commercially use the thumbnails, texts and Shorts you generate, provided you hold the necessary rights. We do not guarantee exclusivity or that AI results qualify for copyright protection. Third-party rights remain unaffected. This permission does not include reselling our software, brands, training materials or third-party templates as your own products.

4. Checking results and keeping your files

AI may generate factually incorrect text, unsuitable image details and inaccurate captions. Check results before using them, particularly statements, depictions of people, edits and third-party rights. We do not promise specific reach, click counts, revenue or a fixed number of suitable Shorts from every video.

The studio is not a permanent archive for original videos. Source files are scheduled for cleanup after 4 days; jobs in progress may delay actual deletion. Keep your own originals and download the results you need. Details of data processing are available in the privacy policy.

5. Optional YouTube features

The application uses YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube features, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Connecting your channel is optional; you must be authorised to manage the selected channel.

Thumbnail and Short uploads and, where enabled in the studio, original video uploads only take place after sign-in, channel connection and explicit confirmation. Check the channel, file, title, description and visibility when confirming. Uploading to the studio does not automatically publish anything to YouTube.

A channel connection alone does not guarantee public publishing. Available options also depend on YouTube's approval of the application, channel permissions, quotas and technical requirements. API projects that have not yet received the necessary approval may be restricted to private uploads. The application must not circumvent this restriction.

You can disconnect in the studio or revoke access in your Google Account permissions. This does not delete content already transferred to YouTube; manage that content in YouTube Studio. Google explains its data processing in the Google privacy policy.

6. Availability and permitted use

Maintenance, disruptions and restrictions imposed by external providers may delay processing or transfers. Uninterrupted availability is not promised. Statutory and contractual remedies for service failures remain available.

Do not circumvent access or usage limits. Attacks on the application, unauthorised access to other people's data and unlawful use are prohibited. Where there are concrete indications of misuse, affected functions may be restricted to protect the service and other users. You can contact our support team to resolve the matter.

7. Contract, consumer rights and liability

Studio-Tokens are the usage allowance. Starter includes 800, Pro 2,000 and Business 3,500 tokens monthly, including with annual billing. Unused plan tokens do not roll over. Purchased tokens remain until used, including after cancellation. Using them requires an active plan with the relevant features. Plan tokens are used first. Protected existing balances are not reduced by the transition.

The token price is shown before processing and the required balance is reserved. Successful actions are charged. Technical failures release reservations or refund tokens automatically. New creative changes are separate actions. All action prices and free functions are listed in the token guide.

Token packages are one-time Stripe purchases credited after confirmed payment. The costs and timing of plan changes are shown before confirmation in checkout or the billing portal. Cancellation ends the plan at the agreed end of the paid period. Eligible new subscriptions receive a 25% member discount; token top-ups are excluded. Existing agreed discounts remain unchanged.

Binding costs and payment terms are shown before you make a paid booking. This page introduces no additional fees. Ending a subscription is governed by the terms agreed when booking; disconnecting YouTube does not end the subscription.

These terms do not exclude statutory withdrawal rights, warranty rights or other consumer rights. A right of withdrawal does not cease merely because you read this page or create an account. Statutory provisions govern liability unless a valid contract contains a legally permitted provision to the contrary.

8. Additional information

The general terms and conditions apply additionally to the extent that they were validly agreed for your specific booking and apply to the service purchased. Restrictions on supplied training materials do not change the use of your own studio results described above.
