Start with your video file. Text and your own images are also available for thumbnails. No YouTube connection is needed.
Create content from your own file. Signing in with Google and connecting a YouTube channel are separate, optional steps.
Upload your video to the studio. AI processes the video, audio, images and text needed for thumbnails and Short suggestions. With Pro or Business, render selected clips. You can also use text and your own images for thumbnails without a video.
Analysis uses your file, not a YouTube download. Original videos are available for no longer than 4 days; keep a local copy. Uploading to the studio does not publish anything to YouTube.
If you choose Google sign-in, we use your Google identifier, email address, name and, when available, profile picture for your studio account. We request openid, email and profile for this. Signing in alone does not connect a YouTube channel.
If you also connect your channel, we request youtube.readonly to read channel and video information and youtube.upload for video and thumbnail transfers. The studio uses the information to select the destination and check status. The upload permission allows transfers you confirm and goes beyond read-only access.
The optional YouTube connection is included in Pro and Business. Before a transfer, review the selected channel, video, title, description and thumbnail, as well as the audience and visibility. Your explicit confirmation starts the job.
Video uploads from the studio are currently private only. Public and unlisted uploads remain blocked until the required official YouTube approval. Google sign-in or a channel connection is not publishing approval. Check the actual status after a transfer; you can also download finished files and use them yourself in YouTube Studio.
In the studio's YouTube area, choose Verbindung trennen to disconnect. You can also revoke access in your Google Account. Disconnecting is not account deletion. In Settings, choose Meine Daten herunterladen to export your data or Konto löschen to delete your account.
